Katherine Condit is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Colorado. She is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations. Katherine’s practice over the past 11 years includes personal injury, insurance defense, bad faith, employment law, commercial litigation, real estate disputes and construction defect litigation. Prior to joining Cardi, Schulte, & Ford, LLC, Katherine was an associate attorney at The Nelson Law Firm where she handled construction defect and personal injury matters.
Prior to working for The Nelson Law Firm, Katherine was an associate at Hensley Kim & Holzer in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Prior to working for Hensley Kim & Holzer, Katherine was an associate at Overturf, McGath, Hull, & Doherty, PC where she handled insurance defense, personal injury, and construction defect litigation.
Katherine graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2000. MS. Condit was actively involved in the CU’s Appellate Moot Court Competitions. While in law school she also interned with the Honorable Edwin Ruland of the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado State Attorney General’s Office, Appellate Division.
Katherine was born and raised in Champaign, Illinois. She now resides in Colorado with her husband and son. She enjoys jogging, hiking, and playing with her Border Collie and spending time with her family.
