Tim Schulte is a Managing Member of Card, Schulte & Ford, LLC. Tim practices law with an emphasis in civil litigation, construction litigation and professional liability of design professionals. He has extensive experience in insurance defense and often advises clients in contract negotiation and drafting.
Tim has made numerous presentations to design professionals on many topics including risk management, contractual protections, negotiation and mediation techniques, and mold liability. He is a contributing author of The Practitioner’s Guide to Colorado Construction Law.
Tim received a philosophy degree from the University of Colorado in 1988 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver in 1991. He was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1991.
Understanding the need to support the community, Tim served on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado for ten years. Tim is married to Tamara and has two children that keep him involved in their many activities. For recreation, Tim is an avid squash player.
