Dan became an associate at Cardi & Schulte shortly after his admission to the Colorado Bar, and his professional career has been devoted exclusively to defending and advising design professionals regarding professional liability claims, contract drafting and negotiation, and general business consultation. Dan has successfully argued cases before the Colorado Court of Appeals and Colorado Supreme Court as counsel of record and has appeared as amicus counsel for ACEC-Colorado, AIA-Colorado, Structural Engineers Association of Colorado, and Colorado Association of Geotechnical Engineers, advocating for the issues that most greatly impact Colorado design professionals.

Dan is licensed in Colorado and Wyoming.
