A founding member of Cardi & Schulte, Phil has been a leader in advocating for and representing design professionals for over four decades and has received recognition from both AIA-Colorado and ACEC-Colorado, including receiving the President’s Award in 2005. Phil has presented numerous seminars and programs to design professionals, contractors, public works officials, and attorneys on the subject of construction law and was the original author of “The Fundamentals of Construction Litigation,” a chapter in West Publishing’s Colorado Methods of Practice. He is also a Professional Affiliate of the American Institute of Architects, Colorado Chapter, and a member of the Colorado Association of Geotechnical Engineers. Phil has served on the AIA-Colorado “Business of Architecture” committee since 2018.
After decades of accomplishments representing design professionals in litigation, Phil’s practice currently focuses primarily on contract drafting and negotiation and business consultation services for architects, engineers, and land surveyors throughout Colorado.
