A founding member of Cardi & Schulte, Tim has devoted his career to the representation of design professionals, including defending against professional liability claims, contract negotiation and drafting, regulatory compliance, and general business consultation for AES firms.

Tim has made numerous presentations to design professionals on many topics including risk management, contractual protections, negotiation and mediation techniques, and mold liability. He is a contributing author of The Practitioner’s Guide to Colorado Construction Law. Tim also served on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado for ten years.
